Efficiency and finishing a fight before it begins is a priority, unless you can avoid the fight.

We have been training in CQC since 1994 and had the opportunity to utilize it in real life scenarios as law enforcement, bodyguard, security professional and bouncer and discard what doesn’t work. It doesn’t get any better or real than this. This is true experience that does not come from a certificate.

Level 1 is 3 days of training.
